The Call Market meets the criteria for exemption under the CEA.

Commodity Exchange Act (CEA), 7 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. CFTC Regulations, 17 CFR Parts 1 to 190. CFTC Advisory on Forward Contracts, which provides guidance on the exemption criteria for forward contracts.

Permissiond Market Access

The market will be regulated by the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) and will be subject to the oversight of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
